Yes. Airtek provides installation guidance plus use and operation training. For on-site engineer visits, the buyer provides USD 120 for the engineer plus round-trip flights, hotel, and meals. Local installation teams are available in Kenya, DR Congo, Indonesia, and Thailand. Sales/support presence also includes Hong Kong and Manila. Scope for other countries can be confirmed per project.
What warranty do you offer?
Machines include a 12-month warranty. During the warranty period, replacement accessories are provided free of charge as stated on the site.
